Yes. Tell me where you are moving from and when. Rules and financing for people new to Canada can be different, so I point you to your lawyer and a mortgage professional for those parts, and I focus on the area and the home.

Which GTA area is right for me?

It depends on your budget, commute, schools, space and lifestyle. I work with buyers across Toronto, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Aurora and Newmarket, and we compare them on what matters to you.

How early should I start?

As early as you like. Choosing an area takes time, and a free chat costs nothing. We work back from your move date, with no pressure to buy.

Do I need to buy before I move?

Not necessarily. It depends on your timing and plans. We talk through your options and you decide when you are ready.

Can we compare renting first versus buying?

Yes. The price-to-rent calculator gives a rough starting point. It is a rule of thumb, not financial advice, and it leaves out your mortgage rate and closing costs.

The home warranty plan is offered only to buyers purchasing a primary home. The pre-listing home inspection is offered to sellers. Both are offered and paid for personally by Jafar Fathi.
