1. Who is sending the messages

2. When I ask for your consent

I ask for consent in clear words when you:

• Request the GTA Buyer Guide or another download
• Sign up for blog or market updates
• Tick the consent box on a website form
• Tell me directly that you would like to hear from me

The consent box is never ticked for you. You choose.

3. What you may receive

Guides and reports you asked for, GTA market updates, blog and video updates, and occasional messages from me about buying, selling, or relocating. I do not send messages for things I have not told you about.

4. Express and implied consent

Express consent is when you clearly say yes, in writing, online, or out loud. I keep a record of when and how you said it.

Implied consent can apply in limited situations the law recognizes, such as:

• You have bought, sold, or leased a property through me, or signed a contract with me, in the past 2 years
• You asked me a question about my services in the past 6 months

In those cases I may send you messages related to your request or relationship, until the time limit ends. After that I will ask you again.

5. Messages that are not marketing

Some messages are not marketing, such as replying to your question, confirming an appointment you booked, or sending the document you asked for. I can send these without a separate marketing consent.

6. How to unsubscribe

• Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from me
• Text: reply STOP
• Or contact me directly at jafarfathi67@gmail.com or 416-527-4430

I will act on your request as soon as I can, and no later than 10 business days. You do not have to give a reason.
